Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Kaleidoscope Bursting was capture from one of the many Yellow Lily's that where grown in a flower garden in Iowa. This particular lily has been artistically enhanced with HDR. The reason I chose this name kaleidoscope bursting is because when I look at this photo it reminds me of when you look into a kaleidoscope and see the colors bursting together.
